DeFi Meter Lab prioritizes clear definitions, reproducible arithmetic, and a visible distinction between evidence and interpretation.

Scope of the publication

We publish educational explanations of DeFi research methods. Articles are not personalized recommendations, product endorsements, performance forecasts, or security certifications. Chain-specific terminology describes the research subject, not an official affiliation. We avoid testimonials, rankings, market statistics, and credentials that are not supported by evidence.

Source selection

Each field note includes one editorial outbound link to a primary source relevant to its central technical subject. Source organizations include protocol documentation providers and official analytics or charting documentation. Definitions are attributed to the provider rather than presented as universal rules. Internal links connect related concepts without adding unrelated external references.

Examples and interpretation

Worked numerical examples are fictional and labeled as illustrative or hypothetical. They teach accounting or research choices; they do not represent current quotes or backtested trading results. An observation is kept separate from an explanation, and a descriptive pattern is not presented as a probability of a future outcome.

Dates and revisions

Each article displays its publication date. Modification dates are used only when a substantive revision is recorded; routine delivery of a page is not presented as a new editorial update. Evergreen explanations should not be mistaken for reports of current market conditions. Check the original source for the exact deployment or observation under review.

Corrections

Send the page address, the quoted statement, and the supporting evidence to [email protected]. Distinguish a source-data correction from a change in interpretation where possible. Do not send wallet secrets or account credentials. Accessibility and broken-link reports are welcome through the same address.

Commercial boundaries

The delivered publication contains no affiliate tracking links, sponsored placements, account registration, wallet connection, or trading execution controls. External references are provided for reading and attribution, not as an instruction to transact or disclose personal information.
